Introduction of a test data management concept for the entire company with all its different divisions and technologies as well as the connection of a direct bank.
PROCEDURE/OUTPUT
- Analysis of existing processes for test data management, their evaluation and possible restructuring for company-wide use.
- The scope was initially set on a representative subarea that had to do with GDPR-relevant data and has interfaces to the mainframe.
- Pre-analysis was performed and best practices from other projects were presented. Project was stopped during the analysis phase (company-wide restructuring).
